ComboBox with summary as ListGrid editor

SmartClient version: v9.0p_2013-07-05/LGPL
Browser: IE9

I have a ListGrid, a field of this ListGrid has editorType: 'ComboBoxItem', the ComboBox has the summary visible. It happens that if the ComboBox opens below the cell as in attachment 01.png the field is correctly visible but if the ComboBox opens above the cell as in attachment 02.png the cell is hidden by the summary.

Can you please change this so that the cell is visible also in the second case?
