DrawOval(elipse) - rotateBy

Smartgwt 4.1 latest nightly build LGPL
My code contains a DarwOval inside a DrawPane...the oval is actualy an elipse. I want to use rotateBy without a slider....when I'm using it...in Mozilla and Chrom, the elipse is dissapearing..in IE 8 is there but no rotation applied. Please help me with some hints.
