visual builer won't run

visual builder won't run screen stay blank, when use developer tools in chrome it display ony tow button BUILD and CODE do nothing

platform used
1..windoes 7 64bit
2..tried on java 7 and jdk 1.6
3..SmartClient_v90p_2014-02-03_Evaluation.zip


Run start_embedded_server.bat (Windows)

Open google chrome and and browse to: http://localhost:8080

smartclient menu appears but visual builder not respond.
