ListGrid - Strange column alignment with IE 8 compatibility mode

Hi all,

I have a ListGrid whereas some columns have a fix width.
It works perfect expect in IE 8 with compatibility mode. There, the columns does not fit under the respective headers, as it is shown in the screenshot attached.
If I don't set the width of any column, it works.

I hope someone can help me to fix this problem.
