Issue with dynamic form when test item is disable.

Hi we have a window with multiple test fields, when we add disabled test field into dynamic form an extra space is coming at the bottom of the dynamic form please refer image “WIth Space.JPG”.

We observed this issue only when test item is disabled. Please find sample code and images for more details.

We are using SmartGWT4.0 and GWT 2.5.
