UI Fields Mapper available in Smartclient ?

I am using Smartclient power Edition.

I want to know if there is any UI tool available for the below usecase.

I will have two sets of fields.For ex one set(set1) coming from external source like csv file and another set(set2) is coming from database.

user need to map set1 fields to set2 fields as per their business and persist the mapping in the db.


I have attached sample screenshot(FieldMapper) to visualize my requirement
