Bug: Visual Builder SectionItem FormItem order bug

I have a dynamic form with a SectionItem that has multiple FormItems.

When rendered in Visual Builder the order of these items are inverted. However when loading with RPCManager.loadScreen() these items are in the correct order.

Please used attached xmls to see bug.
