Special ComboBox question

Hi, we are working in a design for our selector and we would need a feature similar to the one of the image attached: If you open the combo-box dropdown (filtered or not), there is always an option at the end (with link style) that if you click it, it moves you to a different place.

We have been trying with the "specialValues" feature, but it is not enough since:
* The special value item cannot be styled (to give it link appearance)
* There is no separation (a line or whatever) between the regular values and the special values
* The selection of this special value should not do any change, just the click in the link.

Basically what is missing is:
* Capability to add record components to the pick list
* Capability to add a separator between the regular values and the special values
* Capability to avoid the register selection of the row where the record component is shown.

I don't know if what I want is feasible somehow out of the box with the current Smartclient or if it is a new development.
