Possible to get changelog for patch releases?

We are trying to do a risk assessment for an emergency patch release of our application. An upgrade of the SmartClient version from the 07/03 to 08/05 release is required. Is it possible to get a detailed changelog that provides the changes between these two releases?

We are basically trying to identify SmartCLient functionality that has changed or been fixed so we can focus our testing efforts.
