Pair values from two Dynamicforms

Well, the question is that we have two DynamicForm objects (which are not linked to any datasource at all), and we want to get the values of both on a pair key-value format. I mean {"key1":value1, "key2":value2, ... , "keyN":valueN}
How can I get this in an unique result for both DynamicForms?
