Don't show this box again

I am using isc.ask as a simple confirmation box. User can provide yes/no based on if he wants to proceed.
In this confirmation box, I want a "Don't show this message again" checkbox. Find attached the screen.

Do smartclient provide this ? or else I will make a custom confirmation box.
