Record is not deleting when it is empty or have error icon.

Hi,
We have one list grid and it have one button (add record) at button of listgrid which is added to tooltip.
User can add empty records to listgrid by clicking this button. But if we try to delete empty record by clicking delete button it’s not deleting.
Please find attached sample code for more details.
We are using smartGWT 4.1 pro and GWT 2.5.
We faced this issue after me migrating from smartGWT 3.0 to 4.1
Same code is working without issues in smartGWT 3.0.

Please let me know your comments on this.
