PortalLayout Column Menu Customization

SmartClient Version: v9.1p_2014-07-06/Pro Deployment (built 2014-07-06)

Is there a way to customize the "Column Properties" menu shown at the top of columns in a PortalLayout when showColumnMenus:true?

Was looking for a sample that would demonstrate this but couldn't seem to find one in the showcase.
