Update Tab Title Issue

Hello,

I am getting following error when I Tried to update the tab title
Caused by: com.google.gwt.core.client.JavaScriptException: (TypeError) @com.smartgwt.client.widgets.tab.TabSet::setTabTitle(<Title String>): this.getTabObject(...) is undefined

This is error is not occuring frequenctely.

I am using:
SmartGWT:3.1
Browser:chrome

Coiuld you please help me?
