Could anyone please help to explain to me why the following occurs :-
I have a listgrid , when editing I enter a field value and press tab and the field is validated ( gives and error and shows exclamation mark ) but if I subsequently press return in the new field I have tabbed into to - It sends the data to the server even though there are validation errors on the row? I dont want it to send the data if there are validation errors.
Also when editing a listgrid field and I press return why is validation for the field I am in not called? Data is sent to the server without being validated for the current field?
I am using Smartclient version v8.3p_2013-11-10/Pro Deployment (built 2013-11-10)
