Bug in EE Showcase sample sql_dynamic_reporting

Hi Isomorphic,

while trying to avoid creating a testcase, I found some bugs in the sql_dynamic_reporting-sample.

Please try the following:
Filter for Quantity=19 (no results)
Filter for Quantity=1 (1 and 2 in the results)
Filter for Total Sales (error message)
