Missing PickerIcons

The pickerIcon feature in smartGWT is amazing. But I am missing 3 basic icons which are really usefull and standard.

1. PickerIcon "Add"
2. PickerIcon "Create"
3. PickerIcon "Edit"

Maybe they can be added for an upcoming smartgwt version.
