CRUD Operation on Listgrid

Hello there,

I want to know can I add data from 4 tables in a listgrid and be able to edit each of those columns.My case is like this.

I have 4 tables: Province,County,District,City and each table with its own columns. These tables are linked with their IDs in the same order as I have mentioned the table above. Now I want to display all those columns in the listgrid and allow user to edit the records. How can I do this in sgwt.
