Using smart gwt with maven

I would like to know the correct way to use SmartGWT 4.0p with maven because I've tried downloading the plugin and not help me at all.
I mark the following error:
Missing artifact com.isomorphic.smartgwt.eval: SmartGWT-eval: jar: 4.0-p20131023
