Badly formatted error message in MiniDateRangeItem widget

I am using:
* SmartGWT Version: v3.1p_2014-09-16/Professional Edition Deployment (built 2014-09-16)
* Chrome

If we enter a "To" date that is before the "From" date we get the following message:

'To' field value cannot be earlier than 'From' field value.

It should be:
'To' field value cannot be earlier than 'From' field value.

Somehow the single quote character (i.e. ' ) is not being translated properly.
