We are using SmartGWT-4.0pro. We are only supporting Firefox. Most of our users are on Firefox ESR 24.
On rare occasion, we get call because the user try to do an action and the app don't respond. We notice that everytime, there is no error. It is just the SC.ask confirmation dialog don't show so nothing happen.
Most of the time, we reset the firefox cache, refresh, and it work. All users firefox are set up to not use cache but still, emptying it seems to do the job 90% of the time.
Is there something we can do to stop this issue?
