How to disable a cell based on the value of another cell in a grid

I have a grid with columns "STATUS" and "AMOUNT" .....

I want to disable the cell "AMOUNT" when users input the STATUS of "Completed"

I cannot find an example to do this. Can you give me an example? or can you tell me what command should I use
