Automatic expand TreeGrid

Hi,

I have two problems:

1) I have a ListGrid with 3 level, in automatic I want to show the root and the first level.

2) It's possible to hide the last Opener Icon [+] in the leaves of a TreeGrid, without clicking on it?

How can i realized this?
