How to make my smartclient web application mobile responsive with minimal code change

I have developed a web application with SmartClient and now i would like to make it mobile responsive. I tried opening the same in my mobile device, but i am seeing the same page being displayed without any change in the position of the fields, but filling the values in the form displayed seems to be very difficult.

Could you please suggest me a good way to make it mobile responsive with minimal code changes. It would be great if you can give some examples to explain.
