Import of Balsamiq to SmartGWT inside Eclipse is not clear

We have downloaded the latest smartGWT sdk and trying to import the balsamiq mockup to SmartGWT widgets inside the eclipse. There is no way that we seems to acomplish this task. Your help will be very much appreciated.

Is this even possible, if not than how do we fill the code in generated XML file?
