Inserting check box into ListGrid header

I have several columns in my ListGrid where I need to insert 'Select All' check boxes that has to select check boxes in all rows for the given column into the header of the column. I know if I had only one column like that it would be easy, but I have several sometime 3 or 4.

Any help will be appreciated.
