CSS bugs / typos in latest 4.1 simplicity skin

Hello Isomorphic,

I'm rearranging rules in my own Simplicity based skin (base version used: v9.1p_2014-12-25) and had some weird display errors. I then checked the file (smartgwt-skins.jar -> com\smartclient\theme\simplicity\public\sc\skins\Simplicity\skin_styles.css) with the W3C CSS Validator. It found some errors here:

• Line 84: "background-image:" missing
• Line 1348: "background-image:" missing
• Line 1454: #0000000 instead of #000000
• (Line 1589: SASS comment left in file)
• (Line 1613: SASS comment left in file)
• (Line 1637: SASS comment left in file)

The rest is most likely related to your advanced browser-support and has to stay as it is.
