DynamicForm/Item size?

How do I increase the size of a DynamicForm and its items to be say 150% of what they are by default?
I am simply looking for a "larger", disability-friendly, option to make the items and text larger.
Likewise, in a TextItem, for example, I would like to see the font and cursor larger.
Maybe Page.setSomething ()?
