Set color in Listgrid selected columns header

Hi Isomorphic,

I want to highlight selected columns headers with a color.
My selected column header is highlighted with different color when I select only one column at a time. But problem is when I select more than one column (Pressing Shift key) at a time then all columns header are not highlighted.Only one is highlighted which is selected first.

Is it possible to highlight all selected columns header.?

Is it possible to clear highlight color when I click Clear Sort context menu in column right click header. ?

Please suggest.
