Question about disabling Backspace or back button in the browser

Hi,

We have a question about how to disable Backspace or back button in the browser.

1. Is there anyway to disable the back button of the browser?

2. When focus is not at a text field, for example a button, pressing Backspace will trigger the back button of the browser. Is there any way to prevent this behaviour?

We can use the hello world example in the feature explorer.
Steps:
1. click the hello button.
2. Press Backspace
The browser's back button is triggered.

We are using SmartClient_v91p_2015-02-17_PowerEdition and it is a general question for IE, firefox and Chrome.
