3 Disabled RichTextEditor icons missing

SmartClient Version: v10.0p_2015-04-29/Enterprise Deployment (built 2015-04-29)

These three icons:
RichTextEditor/text_list_numbers_Disabled.png
RichTextEditor/text_list_edit_Disabled.png
RichTextEditor/text_list_bullets_Disabled.png

are missing, at least for the Graphite, Enterprise and EnterpriseBlue skins.
You could test it by adding disabled:true in the declaration of the RichTextEditor instance 'contentEditor' of the #RichTextEditor sample.
