Tool Tip remains displayed behind window

Sample Code attached

1. Click the button titled 'Click here'
2. A new window will pop up
3. Hover over the button titled 'Testing Hover component'
4. A tooltip will appear
5. Click the button 'Testing Hover component' while the tool tip is still displayed

Expected: Tool tip will completely disappear
Actual: Tool tip remains visible behind the dialogue window
