One of our customers is experiencing some problem with Real Time Messaging module of SmartGWT(3.0). When the messaging module tries to send messages to the browser client or vice versa, an AntiVirus/Firewall scans the messages and blocks them, resulting in loss of messages to be sent.
Can you please suggest a way by which this problem can be solved and also add details as to how the messaging module behaves while keeping the client-server connection alive.
