Summary sample bugs

Hello Isomorphic,

the grid_summaries-sample seems to have a bug. The setShowGridSummary()-row for the shipDate-field is empty.

The shipDate-field in Multi-line summary sample has two summary functions, but only one is displayed for me ("First Order" is missing).

I tested using the online showcase (v10.0p_2015-05-16) and FF26/GC42.
