WebRoot is not found, Migrating to new SC10 version

Migrating to new smartClient version, having issue with the webroot. Currently application is working fine with SC8, deployed on WElogic12.

PreCache - Problem during PreCache: java.io.FileNotFoundException: \isomorphic\system\schema\DataSource.ds.xml
java.io.FileNotFoundException: \smartclient\datasource\dropDownDD.ds.xml (The system cannot find the path specified)

Migrating to
SNAPSHOT_v10.1d_2015-01-07/PowerEdition Deployment 2015-01-07

WebLogic Server Version: 12.1.3.0.0
JDK = 1.7

OS
Linux 2.6.32-504.8.1.el6.x86_64 #
Windows 7 Professional

Browser : IE 11

Application is deployed as ear, with only one war file within in it. Passing the server.properties file from class path.

If I change the webRoot: __AUTODETECT__ setting from AutoDetect to absolute path “#webRoot: C:\Manish\NewTrunk\Source\WebApp” application works fine.
We can’t set webroot to absolute path in UAT and Production environment.
