Our application is being developed using smartclient V9.0p and has dynamic and static frames inside the app.
I used Firefox(17.0.8) and Selenium IDE(2.2.0) to capture sclocators and generated webdriver code.
The code generated works fine and with Firefox 17.0 and Chrome but fails when tried the same with IE -8,9,10.
and FF-12,FF-23.0.1 .
Is Webdriver with sclocators suppose to work across all browsers and version? OR it only supports specific browsers.
We are looking for some automation tool for our Smartclient app which works the best across different OS and browser.If Webdriver doesn't support, is it possible to suggest a tool that fulfills our need.
