How to localize the image for RTL Languages

Hello,

We use Smart Client Libraries version 10.0 in our application; I am in the process of supporting Arabic Language in our application and I use Arabic resources for that and Smart Client version 10.0 has Arabic Language in it. We need to display q question in a dialog box with a question mark (?) at the end. You have supported an image ask.png (refer attachment) for any question related dialog; However for Arabic Language the same question mark should be displayed in reverse way (refer to attachment ask_arabic.png) ;

I would like to know how do I localize the images for Arabic Language and the expected image is as shown in ask_arabic.png
