Customizing Date Range filter for smartclient

Smarclient Version: v10.0p_2015-04-01/Enterprise Development Only

We have a ListGrid filter for one of the list grid having one date type field.
There is DateRange filter for that field.
Is there any way of removing the DateRange filter for that date type field in the List Grid?

Attached screenshot contains the highlighted filter to be removed for the listgrid.
