Incomplete translation of Arabic resource file

Hello,

The file SmartClient_v100p_2015-05-26_Enterprise/smartclientRuntime/isomorphic/locales/frameworkMessages_ar.properties

is not translated to Arabic Language completely; I see English words in many places. Our customers have reported issue that Hour and Minute are displaying in English for Arabic Language.

Here is the content of frameworkMessages_ar.properties requires Arabic Translation

timeItem_hourItemTitle: 'Hour',
timeItem_invalidTimeStringMessage: 'Invalid time',
timeItem_millisecondItemPrompt: 'Choose milliseconds',
timeItem_millisecondItemTitle: 'Ms',
timeItem_minuteItemPrompt: 'Choose minutes',
timeItem_minuteItemTitle: 'Min',

and there are many more

The actual file is compressed using winrar and then extension is renamed as .txt just to attach it here. Please remove the .txt extension and then extract the file.

Kindly translate all the strings to Arabic and deliver this file again.
