How to use VisualBuilder to ASP.NET

Hello,

We are developing an ASP.NET project.
Server-side is MVC 4.0 and client-side is HTML5 and JavaScript.
We also examine the SmartClient 10.0 product. Can we use VisualBuilder tool to our asp.net project? (ISC_VisualBuilder.js)
