Disabling the tabIndex for DateRangeItem's picker icons

SmartClient Version: v9.1p_2015-07-01/PowerEdition

I'm trying to get a DateRangeItem to skip focusing the picker icons when cycling though the form's elements via the Tab key.

I've tried everything I could figure out reading through the reference but I just can seem to do it.

Could you point me in the right direction of a solution?
