Disable Automatic Timezone adjustment for display

I am having an issue with the timezone adjustment for display of dates on the client side. I have searched the forums, followed all advice in posts regarding issues similar to mine.

Could you please just tell me how to turn off the adjustments? I want the client to see whatever date comes from the datasource, exactly as it comes from the datasource. Thanks.
