Question about workdays and calendars

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any way to display workdays with different start times and end times with the week view of the calendar.

And in case its not possible, is there any way to modify the individual style of a calendar cell? (for example, change the background color of Saturday 14th from 8am to 8:30am).
