TestRunnerDriver class and test_runner.bat not found

I'm using SmartClient Version v9.0p_2013-09-20 LGPL Edition and trying to setup a Selenium environment for automating tests. I found this TestRunner system that should work just fine for our needs.

However, I'm not able to find both test_runner scripts and TestRunnerDriver class. I did import all isomorphic jars (as per documentation request) and searched for the test_runner scripts in my files, but I'm not able to find them.

Are those files available in all SmartClient editions? Am I missing something when configuring my environment?
