Tab order incorrect with Dynamic forms

Hi,
I have a radio button which on toggling will show a dynamic form. Now the tab order from the form jumps to the bottom controls. Now, this happens only for the first time. After i have the dynamic form created (after first toggle) the tab order works fine.
This behaviour is the same in all browsers.

smartgwt version - 3.1
