List Grid Record Component Issue

Hi,
I am using "Smart-Gwt-3.1".
In my application, I am using "List Grid Record Component".
I added multiple buttons for a single column.
When ever I apply "freeze" for any of the columns(example List Grid Columns: Teat1, Test2, Test3, Test4), The "Operations"(example list grid column) column's coponents are moving towards the another column.
Please refer the attached screenshot.
Please give me a solution for this issue.
