css lacks calMonth(Other)DayHeaderSelected(Over) styles

SmartClient Version: v9.0p_2013-07-16/EVAL Deployment (expires 2013.09.14_09.07.29)
and
SmartClient Version: v8.3p_2013-07-07/PowerEdition Deployment (built 2013-07-07)

in the css file (for Graphite skin at least) these styles are missing:
calMonthDayHeaderSelected
calMonthDayHeaderSelectedOver
calMonthOtherDayHeaderSelected
calMonthOtherDayHeaderSelectedOver

you could see by clicking on dayHeader in month view.
