why are fields not wrapping in dynamic form?

IE9 & Chrome
smartclient v91d 2013-12-04

I've set up a sample using dynamic form where two fields, CommandLine and Message, have wrap set to true and the sample data is very long. The form cuts them off but does not wrap. What am I doing wrong?
