FacetChart bugs in IE 8 - Line chart and graph scaling issue

I have noticed 2 bugs in the facet chart in IE8 which were not present earlier. These occur in the release v9.0p_2014-02-06/Enterprise Deployment 2014-02-06.

1. Line Chart with setShowDataValues(true): All Data values appear continuously
2. Graph scaling/re-sizing improperly: Y-axis is not in sync with the data plotted

I have attached screenshots of the simple chart example in the showcase sample after deploying it to my local tomcat.
Please let me know if these can be reproduced and fixed in the 4.0p release
