Group By Alignment issue in IE8

Hi Isomorphic

We have noticed some alignment issues in IE 8 while doing a group by. Please see the attached screenshot. We could reproduce this in the showcase sample after deploying it locally to tomcat.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto the screen reuse example
2. Group by continent
3. notice the misalignment of few columns

The smartGWT version used is v9.0p_2014-02-06/Enterprise Deployment 2014-02-06.

Please let us know if this can be reproduced and fixed in the next nightly build for 4.0p.
